Pamella Roland NYFW: 'I'm really excited about this collection'

Pamella Roland presented her 2019 FALL/WINTER collection during NYFW this Thursday and she not only exceeded expectations, but she dared to introduce different styles. The stunning collection was inspired by Tiffany glass and intricate stained-glass windows, which reflects Roland’s elegance and artistic appreciation.

"Tiffany glass and intricate stained-glass windows are the inspiration for this season’s collection," said the designer according to Dailymail.com.

The concepts that inspired her are displayed through embroideries, trim silhouettes, and prints. The collection is filled with a blend of bold colors along with window-like linear techniques that signify Tiffany stained glass. This collection reflects sensuality and femininity, where women can feel empowered and confident while wearing comfortable pieces that enhance their unique beauty.

Pamella mentioned that part of the inspiration came from listening to what her costumers wanted. She wanted to please them while incorporating her vision in each material used in the collection. The different elements such as colorful feathers, pearls, 3D floral appliques, and ornate metallic threadwork along with new techniques made this fall collection a ‘daring’ collection that Pamella enjoyed creating.
